Each year, ERA meetings offer attendees the opportunity to network as well as to further their knowledge of our industry. The eRetailer Summit, March 1-3, 2009, will continue this successful combination of education and networking! As a kick-off to the event, ERA’s new Solution Zone will be open to all attendees on Sunday, March 1, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The Solution Zone provides you with the opportunity to meet one-on-one with e-retailing and marketing experts. Are you interested in expanding into mobile marketing or do you want to gain loyalty through customer service, both online and offline? Meet the experts at the Solution Zone! Have you thought about doing more business in Canada where the economy is solid? Stop by the Solution Zone! Are you looking for ways to improve cross-sells and upsells? Come to the Solution Zone and find out, firsthand!

FACE-TIME WITH INDUSTRY EXPERTS
Meet with Solution Zone expert David Gould, CEO of mShopper. If you are curious about what you can do through mobile marketing, then go to the Solution Zone and meet with David. He can help answer many of your questions about entering the mobile space and what it can do for you.

Straight from the pages of Electronic Retailer and Online Strategies magazines, columnist and Solution Zone expert Suzy Meriwether will help you with many of your customer service questions, especially as they apply to the online space. Meriwether, of RightNow Technologies, has also been chosen to lead ERA’s Customer Care accreditation session at eRetailer Summit, but you can speak to her in advance at the Solution Zone! This can’t-miss session will take place on the Mezzanine level of the InterContinental Hotel, and will offer you the opportunity to have a quick one-on-one session with our experts, as well as set up a time to have a more in-depth discussion.
