Lockard & Wechsler Direct (LWD), a fully integrated direct marketing agency, announced it has hired Bill Sullivan as its director of business development. Sullivan joins LWD from New Jersey-based JL Media, where he had built significant direct response capabilities over the past five years. He will be in charge of identifying and developing new growth opportunities.
